Skit maker Lord Lamba has explained why many Nigerian celebrities who travel to the United States often return home quickly.

Lamba, in a video, said the main reason is the stark difference in the cost of living between the two countries.

Lord Lamba emphasised that while people earn in dollars in the US, the bills are also in dollars, which can quickly lead to financial strain.

He said: “If you pay bills, you think it’s Nigerian bills? You go broke. You pay bills, you go broke. You want to come to United States?
