Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Tems, has shared what she admires most about fellow Afrobeats star Wizkid.
She disclosed this during a question-and-answer session with her fans on X.
A user with the handle @Gbolaha_n9 had asked her to name one thing she loves most about Wizkid, described as her biggest collaborator in the music industry.
“One thing you love about BigWiz?” the fan asked.
Replying, Tems said she appreciates Wizkid’s genuine nature and his dedication to his craft.
She wrote; “His Heart, his work ethic”.
Tems and Wizkid created one of Afrobeats’ most celebrated collaborations with the release of “Essence” in 2020, a standout track on Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album. The song became a global hit, earning multiple international nominations and widespread acclaim.
Both artists have also shared stages around the world, performing together at several major concerts.
