A yet-to-be identified Nigerian man has slumped and reportedly died during his wife’s 60th birthday Thanksgiving celebration in Lagos State.
The incident came to public attention after a video emerged late on Saturday, April 19, 2025, showing the man and his wife at the event
In the video, the man, holding a microphone, was seen singing praises, while his wife, who was celebrating her 60th birthday, danced in joy beside him.
The man suddenly collapsed to the ground and allegedly passed away shortly after.
As the video circulated online, concerned individuals flooded the comment section to share their reactions. While some held that the man might be nursing some sickness, others blamed the wife for not acting fast to save him after he had notified her of how he was feeling.
