Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has announced that Nigerian music icon King Sunny Ade will feature in her highly anticipated movie Alakada: Bad and Boujee.
The actress revealed that including the legendary musician in her project has been a lifelong dream.
She credited her husband’s encouragement and persistence for helping her make this dream a reality, despite initial uncertainties.
In an emotional video shared on her social media, Toyin is seen warmly welcoming King Sunny Ade on set, kneeling in respect and gratitude as the music legend arrived.
The gesture highlighted her deep admiration for his legacy and the honour of having him join her production.
Sharing her excitement, Toyin expressed gratitude to King Sunny Ade for his involvement in the movie. She praised his timeless influence in the entertainment industry and prayed for his continued blessings and success.
