Tinubu Arrives Yola for Official Visit, to Inaugurates Key Projects

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, for a one-day official visit, during which he will inaugurate completed projects and hold engagements with key stakeholders in the state.

President Tinubu, whose aircraft touched down at the Lamido Aliyu Mustapha Airport, Yola, at 1:20pm, was received on arrival by top government functionaries, including governors, ministers and others.

The visit comes less than 48 hours after the President made a similar official trip to Kebbi State, in continuation of his administration’s emphasis on infrastructure delivery and sub-national development.

The President’s itinerary includes the commissioning of major projects in Yola and Jimeta, as well as interactions with top government officials and traditional rulers.

Among the projects lined up for inauguration is the eight-lane Galadima Aminu Road, which links Gimba and the state capital, as well as a model school comprising pre-primary, primary and junior secondary classes.

Other projects to be inaugurated include a new multipurpose hall, a remodelled High Court, a newly built officers’ complex and the renovated Government House.
