He described Ondo State as a fast-growing region that offers “a unique opportunity for investors,” adding that the company’s expansion aligned with the government’s effort to attract development and improve residents’ quality of life.

Abolaji said the estate introduces a standard of urban living not currently available in the state.

The estate layout consultant engaged by Leisure Court, Dr Osasanmi Gbadebo, described the estate as a new model of premium living in Akure.

He said the development blends residential, recreational, and public-use spaces to enhance convenience and improve the lifestyle of future residents.

According to him, the estate will operate as a gated community with two access points and round-the-clock security.

He added that the layout includes a five-star hotel, shopping mall, place of worship, crèche and nursery school, health centre, and an artisan hub.
