The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the shortlist for the men’s categories of the 2025 CAF Awards, honouring the finest players, coaches, clubs, and national teams who have excelled across the continent.
The annual awards celebrate outstanding achievements and contributions to African and global football between January 6 and October 15, 2025. The latest nominations spotlight individuals and teams that have made significant impacts within this period.
In a statement published on the CAF website on Monday, the football body explained that a panel comprising members of the CAF Technical & Development Committee, seasoned coaches, CAF Legends, and select media representatives reviewed performances across various competitions to select 10 nominees in each category.
