The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has disclosed that in the two months since the commencement of Continuous Voter Registration, over 7.4 million Nigerians have pre-registered online for their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs.
The Commission also released the number of voters who have registered in the various states.
INEC’s records show that Borno has the highest number of registered voters, so far, while Abia has the lowest.
