President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will deliver a nationwide broadcast tonight, addressing the country on the ongoing situation in Rivers state.
According to a statement released by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the broadcast will air at 7 p.m. on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN).
All television and radio stations across the country have been requested to link up with the transmission.
While details of the address were not disclosed, the speech is expected to touch on key developments in Rivers State, where recent political and security concerns have drawn national attention.
