Grandeur Contractors Limited has officially announced the opening of Grandeur Estate, a new residential development in Millennium City, Kaduna. The project is designed to bridge the housing gap by offering a strategic mix of completed mortgage-ready homes and serviced plots for private construction.

Located within the rapidly expanding Millennium City district, the estate is positioned to benefit from the area’s recent surge in public infrastructure investment and residential growth.

A Focus on Affordable Homeownership

Grandeur Estate introduces a specialized focus on accessible housing through a partnership with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN). This collaboration is intended to provide civil servants and eligible contributors with a structured pathway to owning 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.

In addition to the pre-built units, the company has designated specific portions of the estate for individuals who prefer to manage their own construction. These serviced plots, measuring 450 square meters each, are specifically optimized for the development of 3-bedroom detached bungalows.

Leadership Perspectives

Speaking on the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of Grandeur Contractors Limited, Arc. Muhammad Tahir, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering functional living spaces.

“Our objective is to provide quality housing solutions that cater to different financial capacities. By offering both mortgage-supported homes and plots for self-build projects, we are ensuring that more families can secure a foothold in Kaduna’s growing urban landscape,” Tahir stated.
