Renowned Nigerian music producer and industry executive, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has explained why getting back together with his estranged wife, Michelle Jackson, is no longer possible.
Don Jazzy had initially announced his marriage in April 2021, which ended in divorce two years later. He attributed the split to differences partly fueled by his ambitious lifestyle.
During a recent fan Q&A on X, a follower urged the 42-year-old music mogul to consider reuniting with his former spouse, noting that he is currently single. Don Jazzy clarified the situation, revealing that Michelle has moved on.
“Make una reconcile again naa,” the fan suggested.
“She don remarry,” Don Jazzy replied.
The Mavin Records boss has also shared that he has no immediate plans to remarry, explaining that his dedication to music could once again create friction in a romantic relationship.
Despite his single status, Don Jazzy expressed contentment with his professional accomplishments, highlighting the impact he has had on the Afrobeats scene.
He takes pride in discovering and mentoring talents such as Wande Coal, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Rema, and Ayra Starr, shaping the careers of some of the biggest stars in the genre today.
