First Aquagrico Farms is a family-owned agro-tech company based in the Ondo Highlands. Although formally incorporated in 2016, our agricultural heritage dates back to the early 1920s. We combine traditional African farming wisdom with modern technology to deliver safe, high-quality produce all year round. As part of our commitment to community development, we are significantly growing our workforce.

In this first phase, we are recruiting 200 employees, with 300 more roles becoming available soon as we scale up our existing 2-hectare hydroponic operation into a fully automated, 10-hectare high-tech facility built on advanced Dutch greenhouse technology. As part of this expansion, we are hiring for two key positions: Grower and Junior Agronomist.
