TVC Confirms Exit of ‘Your View’ Host Morayo Afolabi-Brown

Managing Director of TVC Entertainment and host of the widely acclaimed talk show ‘Your View’, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, has announced her resignation from TVC Communications after twelve impactful years of service.

In a statement released by the company’s public relations manager, Edward Akintara, Morayo’s decision to step down was attributed to her desire to fully commit to a passion project she has long nurtured.

TVC Communications described her departure as a bittersweet moment, celebrating her remarkable contributions to the network, her role in shaping ‘Your View’, and the positive influence she has had on viewers across Nigeria and beyond.

While acknowledging her exit, the company assured audiences that ‘Your View’ will continue to deliver the same high editorial standards, compelling conversations, and audience engagement it has become known for.

Morayo’s legacy at TVC, the statement noted, will remain indelible, and she will always be regarded as a valued member of the TVC family.

Her final day with the organisation will be Thursday, August 29, 2025. TVC wished her continued success and fulfilment in her next chapter and called on the public and media to extend their support and respect as she begins a new journey.

“TVC Communications, owner of TVC News, TVC Entertainment, Max FM, Adaba FM, and Yanga FM, would like to confirm that Morayo Afolabi-Brown, MD TVC Entertainment and host of our flagship all-women’s TV show, Your View, has formally tendered her resignation from TVC Communications. Her last working day will be Thursday, 29th August 2025.

“Morayo’s decision to step down after 12 remarkable years as host of Your View is driven by her desire to pursue a long-held passion project that she has nurtured over time. We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond.

“Morayo will be dearly missed; however, the show remains strong and will continue to deliver the quality and relevance our audience has come to expect.
